The fabric cutting process is a critical stage in apparel manufacturing that transforms raw material into precision garment components. It begins with spreading, where fabric is layered flat and tension-free on a cutting table to ensure uniformity across multiple plies.

Using a marker—a blueprint of all pattern pieces—the fabric is sliced using manual tools like straight knives or automated CNC cutters for high accuracy. Precision at this stage is vital; even a minor deviation can compromise the garment’s fit, structural integrity, and material yield, directly impacting both quality and production costs.

Pre-Production

To minimize shrinkage problems, the fabrics are sent for a pre-shrunk wash. Any changes to the details like fitting, print colors, size, and position will be finalized in a pre-production sample before bulk production starts.

Bulk Production

After confirmation and receiving of the final approved samples, purchase order, artwork, and down-payment, the lead times for manufacturing apparel will generally take from 4-8 weeks.

Quality Assurance

We strive to create quality products that will keep your customers coming back. Sew Pro Gear's own QC teams will perform standard quality control checks to weed and fix any problems before packaging.

Packaging

In the Motorbike garments manufacturing world, we understand that the devil is in in the details. All items are neatly folded, packed individually into boxed before shipping to the final destination.
